About me

My name is Zsuzsanna Paizsné László; I have been keeping carnivorous plants since 2018; I discovered these plants by pure chance and was quickly captivated by their diversity, uniqueness and beauty.

The first four plants were quickly followed by more and more; my collection has been constantly expanding ever since: currently, sarracenias and venus flytraps make up the vast majority, but I also have cephalotuses, sundews and utricularias.

I have been interested in photography since I was 16; in 2023, I decided to create my own "database" of my plants, illustrated with my own pictures; thus, the idea for this site was born from the combination of the two hobbies.

I dedicate this site to presenting my plants; I also want to help those who would like to get started in keeping these wonderful plants.
